Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Project Manager - Construction, based in Gurugram. The individual will oversee and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project plans, supervising project progress, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, coordinating with all stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients, managing logistics, and addressing challenges or delays effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Project Management with a strong ability to oversee all phases of construction projects
  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring efficient workflows and timely project execution
  • Proficiency in Inspection processes related to quality control and compliance checks
  • Knowledge and skills in Logistics Management for managing the supply chain and resource allocation within construction projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • An understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus
