- • Designing innovative manufacturing practices by conducting comparative study of existing processes with new benchmark practices, automated and fast-tracked manufacturing methods/ technologies and processes
• Developing and deploying strategies for optimum Manufacturing processes and support team in translating it into tangible action steps to produce the desired product effectively
Review performance and drive excellence in manufacturing through process improvement †impact on quality improvement and manufacturing time reduction - Identify and implement benchmark practices in manufacturing †machining, welding and preparation
- Develop functional capability of team
- Promote safety, health and environment at workplace
