Job Description

Reporting to the Global Director (Germany) and Managing Director - India, you will:

  • Lead the Process Gas Division across APAC with full P&L ownership.
  • Drive business growth through market expansion, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and scale the engineering center in India aligned with global delivery models.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution from engineering to delivery.
  • Ensure operational excellence, standardization, and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Lead manufacturing and engineering teams, driving cost optimization and productivity improvements.
  • Strengthen quality systems and implement lean and continuous improvement practices.
  • Act as the key interface between APAC operations and global headquarters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and sales functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Brings 30+ years of experience in process gas systems, rotating equipment, or similar industries.
  • Strong expertise in proposal engineering and techno-commercial solutions.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling engineering centers.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership across large, cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in global stakeholder management within matrix organizations.
  • Hands-on exposure to lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
