- Manage the curriculum with staff which complies with local regulations and the Childhood framework
- Communicate and meet with parents regarding their children and relationship Built a reputation for the school as a quality early childhood education institute
- Attract and ensure admissions in the school
- Manage the budgets, and ensure that the pre-school meets its financial targets Ensure that the kindergarten is compliant to local laws and regulations Contribute to future growth in India
- Collaborate in international community with colleagues around the world
Bachelor's degree preferably in early childhood education
- Five years experience within a role of pre-school center head
- Inspiring leader and motivator
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop and lead a team
- Proactive and positive thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
