Practice Lead Presales [Digital Solutions / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales]

Location: Mumbai

We're looking for a dynamic Practice Lead Presales to drive solution consulting and go-to-market strategy across our [Digital/AI/Cybersecurity/Enterprise] practice. In this role, you'll shape solutions that solve real business problems, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to win and grow key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead presales strategy, solutioning, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Deliver impactful demos, workshops, and PoCs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to close deals
  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants and architects

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in presales/solution consulting, with 35 in leadership
  • Deep expertise in [Digital / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales]
  • Strong track record in solution design and deal closures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
