Brand Vision & Philosophy:

Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of PR to lead our public relations efforts. This role involves building and maintaining a strong brand reputation, developing media strategies, and managing corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media relations, crisis management, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media & Public Relations Strategy

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor media coverage and ensure positive brand representation.

2. Corporate Communications

  • Create compelling press releases, articles, and thought leadership content.
  • Serve as the company's spokesperson when required.
  • Manage internal communications and ensure alignment with external messaging.

3. Crisis Management

  • Develop crisis communication strategies and handle reputational risks.
  • Provide quick and strategic responses to PR crises.

4. Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership

  • Position leadership as industry experts through interviews, speaking engagements, and content marketing.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.

5. Digital & Social Media PR

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify PR efforts through digital channels.
  • Oversee online reputation management and engagement with media on social platforms.

6. Event & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings.
  • Partner with influencers and media outlets for collaborations and sponsorships.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.
  • Strong media network and relationships with key journalists and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling media inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of digital PR, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
