Experience Required : 12-15 years'experience

Location: Supa, Maharashtra

Candidate must be well-versed in Marathi. Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1.Manpower Planning & Optimization

2.Ensuring cost effectiveness.

3.Manpower management : Recruitment, Selection & Induction.

4.Competency mapping & Skill development: Training need identification, addressing the need and evaluation.

5.Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations: Establishing close relation with Union Leaders – External / Internal and formulate modus operandi to arrive at Long Term Settlement.

6.Salary & Wage Administration: Monitoring wage preparation and examining incentive payments.

7.Contract Labour administration: Monitoring contract labour deployment on daily basis -also meeting the various provision of Contract Labour (R & A) Act. from time to time

8.Liasoning with Govt. authorities/ Local bodies

9.Close monitoring on statutory requirement from time to time by preparing statutory roadmap.

10.Creating image of a Good Corporate Citizen: Undertaking various Social Welfare Activities

11.Compliance of various provision relating to HR aspect under ISO and other Quality Standards as applicable

Educational Qualification :
