- Strategic Planning & Governance
- Define and implement planning strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP) cycles to balance demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Drive long-term capacity planning for plants, lines, manpower, and critical resources.
- Partner with leadership on growth, expansion, and new product introduction (NPI) planning.
- Oversee demand forecasting using statistical models and market intelligence.
- Translate demand into master production schedules (MPS) and supply plans.
- Ensure robust scenario planning for demand volatility, supply disruptions, and constraints.
- Manage planning horizons (short, medium, long term) effectively.
- Lead production planning and scheduling to meet delivery commitments.
- Optimize MRP / DRP to ensure timely availability of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Maintain optimal inventory norms (RM, WIP, FG) while minimizing obsolescence and excess.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, QA, and logistics teams.
- Own planning-related KPIs:
- Forecast accuracy & bias
- Service level / OTIF
- Inventory turns & DOS
- Schedule adherence
- Capacity utilization
- Create dashboards and periodic reviews for leadership.
- Own and enhance ERP / APS planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, etc.).
- Drive automation, analytics, and planning digitization initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, master data governance, and planning discipline.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing planning team.
- Define roles, skill requirements, and succession plans.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and planning maturity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations (MBA preferred).
- 1218+ years of experience in supply chain or operations planning.
- At least 57 years in a senior planning leadership role.
- Experience in complex manufacturing environments (multi-plant / multi-SKU).
