Job Description : Head of Order Management & Engineering (GIS Cluster)

Job Family : Project Management

Grip Position : Project Management - Manager

Grip position : PL5B

Experience : Minimum 20 years in Execution, Sales Support, Engineering

Qualification : B.E. Electrical Engineer

  • Knowledge on MV products and customers
  • Knowledge about execution cycle
  • Knowledge on IS,IEC,UL, ANSI essential,
  • Leadership and networking skills to collaborate with internal stake holders and customers
  • Customer expectation management
  • Monitor job milestones and ensure delivery adherence.
  • Interface with customers and other stakeholders to clarify and resolve engineering & project related issues
  • Liaise directly with the sub-contractors and package /system vendors to clarify technical issues and outstanding details. Coordinate with factories / vendors in design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Participate in bid activities and approval process
  • Support site team in resolving issues during installation, testing & commissioning
  • Manage Risk & Opportunity management and Change & Claim managements, follow-ups & expedition, progress monitoring & control and resolving outstanding issues
  • Conduct site activity such as commissioning and troubleshooting when required.
  • Good written and Verbal Communication.
