TrueFan AI is building next-gen AI-powered experiences for consumer brands. We are scaling an app-first, B2C growth engine and are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who can personally own performance, scale app installs, and drive predictable growth through high-velocity funnels.
Role Overview: This is a player-coach / IC-first leadership role. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role where you'll own the complete performance marketing charter, drive CAC efficiency, and build a world-class growth function from the ground up. You will lead paid marketing across all channels, scale acquisition funnels, and work directly with leadership on growth strategy. The role demands deep Meta expertise, strong app ads experience, and mastery over lead-gen and conversion funnels. If you've scaled B2C apps using Meta as the primary growth channel, optimized CAC at scale, and built repeatable lead-to-install journeysthis role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance & Growth Strategy
Own full-funnel performance marketing (acquisition activation retention).
Build and execute scalable paid marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
Create and optimize high-impact growth experiments to drive consistent, predictable user acquisition.
Campaign Leadership
Manage budgets, scale ROAS-positive campaigns, and deliver aggressive growth targets.
Drive deep keyword research, audience strategy, and creative experimentation.
Implement robust A/B testing frameworks across channels and touchpoints.
Data, Analytics & Attribution
Build data-driven marketing systems with granular tracking, dashboards, and attribution models.
Track daily/weekly metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, funnel drop-offs.
Work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams for event tracking & product-led growth loops.
Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a growing performance marketing team.
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to drive cohesive execution.
Present insights, dashboards, and growth projections to leadership.
Creative & Messaging
Drive creative strategy for adsstatic, video, landing pages, and funnels.
Partner with design to continually refresh ad assets that convert.
Requirements
512 years of B2C performance marketing experience (app-first mandatory).
Deep hands-on Meta App Ads experience with heavy budgets.
Strong background in lead-gen funnel strategy for B2C apps.
Proven experience as an IC / hands-on operator, not just a people manager.
Demonstrated success scaling app installs and conversions at high volume.
Experience managing multi-crore monthly app marketing budgets.
Strong understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
