PrimeWealth is looking for someone who can build an organisation.
We are a founder-led wealth management company in a high-growth phase. Over the next few years, our goal is to build PrimeWealth into an institution that can scale with strong systems, leadership, accountability and significantly lower founder dependence.
What you will own
You will help build the people and organisation architecture for our next stage of growth, including:
* Performance management, KPIs and OKRs
* Organisation structure and accountability
* Compensation, incentives and ESOP philosophy
* Career paths and leadership development
* Hiring quality and talent density
* Succession and delegation systems
* Culture, feedback and performance standards
* Building and eventually leading the People function
This is a build role, not an HR administration role.
Who we are looking for
Ideally, you have 7–10 years of experience and have worked in a founder-led or high-growth company where you personally helped build systems that did not previously exist.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity, challenging the founder, solving problems independently and taking complete ownership of outcomes.

* Your experience is primarily payroll, onboarding, policies or HR operations.
* You have spent most of your career in large organisations with already-established systems.
* You are looking for a fractional, consulting or advisory assignment.
* You need a large team or detailed instructions before you can operate.
* You are a very senior HR leader applying mainly because you are open to consulting opportunities.
