Role Overview
We are looking to hire a Head People & Organization who will build and lead a next-generation people function aligned with speed, performance, and culture. This role will partner closely with the founders and senior leadership team to ensure the people strategy stays ahead of the business strategy while enabling growth, productivity, and cultural continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business strategy into a forward-looking people roadmap
Design scalable organization structures across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions
Drive workforce planning aligned with the company's growth and expansion goals
Build and strengthen hiring capabilities across sales, GTM, digital, and corporate functions
Strengthen the organization's employer brand within the startup and consumer ecosystem
Design innovative incentive structures for sales and growth teams
Build performance management systems with clear KRAs and measurable outcomes
Define and institutionalize a cohesive, performance-led organizational culture
Drive leadership alignment and behavioral expectations across teams
Ensure cultural consistency during periods of rapid headcount growth
Act as a strategic advisor to the founders on organizational health, leadership gaps, and succession planning
Requirements
8-12 years of experience in HR, preferably within high-growth startups or consumer / D2C organizations
Strong experience designing incentive structures for sales and GTM teams
Proven track record of scaling organizations from approximately 100 to 400+ employees
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
