The Head of Partnerships, Alliances, and Fundraising will oversee and lead efforts to build and maintain strategic alliances, secure partnerships, and manage fundraising initiatives that align with the company's vision. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential partners, negotiating collaborations, initiating and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and developing strategies to meet fundraising goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring strong leadership and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Proven expertise in Partnership Building, Strategic Alliances, and Networking
• Experience with Fundraising, Budget Management, and Revenue Generation strategies
• Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of Marketing, Business Development, and Brand Collaboration techniques
• Ability to lead teams, develop innovative strategies, and align partnerships with business objectives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in the media, events, or entertainment industry is a significant advantage
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
