Job Description

Oversee the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Implement and improve financial systems and processes to align with organizational goals.
Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely payments.
Analyse financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement and payment processes.
Prepare detailed reports and present financial insights to senior management.
Lead and mentor the P2P team for optimal performance and professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - P2P should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in procure-to-pay processes and financial operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams effectively and deliver results within deadlines.
