Role Overview
This role will lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment strategies for
Foreign University's India Campus . This role oversees
Marketing, Outreach, and the Contact Center teams , ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process while driving student growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Outreach : Oversee branding, digital campaigns, partnerships, and outreach programs to enhance visibility.
- Admissions Strategy : Develop and implement data-driven strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students.
- Contact Center Operations : Ensure prospective students receive high-quality support, guidance, and information.
- Enrollment Growth : Drive initiatives to increase student applications and conversions while maintaining quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with schools, counselors, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Process Optimization : Streamline admissions and enrolment processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Market Analysis : Monitor trends in higher education to enhance recruitment strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in admissions, enrolment, or student recruitment
- Proven expertise in higher education marketing, digital outreach, and enrolment growth
- Strong leadership, data analytics, and stakeholder management skills
