Job Description

The role has been conceived with a view to ensure effective product and service delivery to clients through efficient coordination with various functions within the organization.

Management of operations and co-ordination for execution of products, support responsibility of goals, targets, monitoring pertaining to product and business.

Oversee all back office operational functions for wealth management business

Provide strategic feedback for the WM team

Identify and assess risks in operations function.

Responsible for the development of risk mitigation policies and procedures for all categories of risk.

Responsible for adherence to all Regulatory requirements with regard to product operation process

Responsible for building processes

Develop, maintain and manage client relationships.

Identify substantial leads, develop relationships and successfully deliver sales.

Provide MIS and more importantly analysis of the MIS including dashboards and other metrics

Improve the function and make it more streamlined and professional Implement review systems for the business including Monthly review meetings

Planning and allocation of targets to the product sales teams.

Review and monitor the performance vs targets.

Development & implementation of SOPs and product norms.

Highlight inefficiencies across functions and take corrective actions

Budgeting, costing and cost controls

Management and disposal/decision of issues which are needing next level support

Regular internal audits and ensuring compliances with minimal variances

Ensure smooth functioning of the function and ensure that minimal decisions are referred to MD
