Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of HeadOnline Food Delivery, located in Surat. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing online food delivery operations, managing food service quality, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role will also involve coordinating with food and beverage teams, supervising logistics, and ensuring that accounting and finance processes related to transactions are accurately managed. Additionally, the position requires leadership skills to guide teams and help achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Technical Management
- Manage and maintain restaurant listings on delivery platforms.
- Ensure accurate menu configuration, pricing, modifiers, and availability.
- Coordinate with aggregators for onboarding, troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Monitor app performance, downtime issues, and technical errors.
Order & Operations Management
- Oversee daily order flow and ensure smooth execution from order receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate between kitchen, packing, and delivery partners for timely service.
- proper packaging standards and order accuracy.
- Monitor peak-hour operations and implement efficiency measures.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Optimize menu visibility and pricing strategy to maximize online revenue.
- Plan and execute promotions, combos, and discount campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Analyze daily and monthly sales performance.
- Customer Experience & Ratings
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings; respond to complaints promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high platform ratings and service standards.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track KPIs such as order volume, cancellation rate, delivery time, and customer
- ratings.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management.
- Identify improvement areas based on data insights.
- Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure compliance with aggregator policies and brand standards.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and kitchen teams for smooth operation
- Train staff on order handling and packaging protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- 25+ years of experience managing online food delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of aggregator platforms and restaurant operations
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations and work under pressure.
