About the role
We're looking for a Head of UX Design to lead our design team and own the work end to end.
At Razorpod, we don't just design something and walk away once it launches. We build living systems, design that keeps improving after launch and keeps delivering ROI. We watch how it performs, learn from real users, and make it better over time. We're looking for someone to lead this work and the team behind it.
What you'll do
- Lead UX projects from start to finish, you own the quality, the timeline, and the result.
- Lead and grow a team of about 5 designers. Guide their work, review it, and help them get better.
- Work directly with senior clients. Understand their problem, explain your thinking, manage scope, and turn unclear briefs into a clear plan.
- Set the design strategy, what to build, why it matters, and how we'll measure success.
- Build and look after our design systems, and keep improving them after launch.
- Help win new work by shaping the design approach in pitches and proposals.
- Set how the team works, our standards, process, and tools.
What we're looking for
- You've worked at a design agency or studio. This is a must.
- 8–12 years in UX/product design, with at least 3 years leading a team.
- A portfolio that shows how you think, the research, the choices, and the results. Not just nice screens.
- Strong across the full process: research, structure, interaction, prototyping, and working closely with developers.
- You've built or grown a design system yourself.
- Confident with clients, you can present, convince, and hold your ground.
Nice to have
- Experience across industries BFSI, Auto, Telecom, Healthcare & SAAS
- Comfort working with data and testing to back up your design decisions.
- Must understand signals various systems produce aross the CX stack

The details
- Location: Gurgaon, in-office, 5 days a week. We work closely in person, and we like it that way.
- Compensation: ₹20–25 LPA, based on experience.
