Our AI-powered platform handles full-funnel talent acquisition: sourcing, assessment, interviews, and fraud detection. We're growing fast and looking for a delivery leader to own our US talent operations from India.
The Role
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role. You'll own end-to-end delivery for our US enterprise client accounts — acting as the critical bridge between our India-based recruiting team and Fortune 500 clients in the US.
This is not a traditional staffing role. You'll lead delivery on an AI-powered platform, work with outcome-based SLAs (time-to-present, acceptance ratios, cost-per-presentation), and directly shape how Glider scales its delivery capability globally.
What You'll Own
- Lead a team of recruiters and schedulers running high-volume US-shift talent delivery operations
- Own client SLAs: time-to-first-presentation, candidate acceptance ratio, quality scores, and cost-per-presentation
- Serve as the primary escalation point for US enterprise clients — managing expectations, resolving issues, building long-term trust
- Run daily standups, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly client performance reporting
- Hire, train, and coach team members; build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Work directly on Glider's AI platform — optimize recruiter workflows, assessment pipelines, and outbound sourcing sequences
- Partner with US leadership to onboard new clients and scale delivery operations
What You Bring
- Experience: 10–20 years of experience in US IT staffing or talent delivery
- Leadership: Proven track record managing a team of 10+ recruiters in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Tech Recruiting: Deep familiarity with US tech hiring — mobile (iOS/Android), backend, full-stack, Java, Python
- Delivery Models: Experience with outcome-based or RPO delivery models is strongly preferred
- Tools: Comfortable with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Findem, GitHub)
- Communication: Strong English communication — you will be on calls with US enterprise clients daily
- Mindset: Thrives in a startup environment: fast-moving, data-driven, low ego

About the US Shift
This role requires working US business hours from our Bangalore office (approximately 9 PM – 6 AM IST). This is non-negotiable and essential to serve our US enterprise clients in real time. We offer shift allowances and additional benefits to recognize this commitment.
