We're building a world-class US sales engine and we need a proven leader to scale and run it. This is not just about managing agents; it's about designing the playbook, deploying the right tech stack, and leading 200+ people to deliver measurable ROI for our US clients.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale a 200+ seat US sales operation from the ground up.
- Lead managers, trainers, QA, and WFM to deliver consistent performance.
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel: lead response, qualification, appointments, onboarding, retention.
- Deploy the best global tool stack Salesforce/HubSpot, Five9/Genesys/NICE, ServiceTitan/Workiz, Zendesk/Freshdesk.
- Implement world-class training (V&A, compliance, sales coaching) and AI-driven performance systems.
- Partner with US leadership teams, present in MBRs/QBRs, and deliver hard ROI outcomes.
