RemoteStar is Hiring: Head of US Partnerships / B2B Sales – Gaming & AdTech
Location: USA preferred / Gurgaon / Remote India

RemoteStar is hiring a senior B2B Sales / Partnerships leader for a fast-growing gaming and ad-tech company.
We are looking for someone who has sold to mobile game studios, gaming publishers, UA teams, monetization teams, growth teams, or app marketing teams.
What you'll do:
- Build and close partnerships with US-based mobile gaming companies
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from outreach to closure
- Sell rewards / monetization / engagement solutions to gaming studios
- Build relationships with UA, monetization, growth, publishing, and partnerships leaders
- Work closely with founders to build the US sales and partnerships playbook
- Share market feedback with product and leadership teams to shape roadmap and GTM strategy
Ideal background:
- Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or strategic sales
- Strong exposure to the US market
- Experience selling attribution tools, monetization tools, ad-tech products, playable ads tools, offerwall/rewards platforms, or gaming SaaS solutions
- Strong network in mobile gaming, gaming ad-tech, app growth, or publisher ecosystem
- Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing deals
- Startup mindset and ability to build from zero
Bonus / Good to have:
- Experience selling playable ads creation tools or creative automation software to gaming studios
- Direct relationships with US-based mobile gaming companies
- Experience with offerwall, rewards, monetization, player engagement, or app growth platforms
- Brand-side partnership exposure across consumer brands, retail, QSR, fintech, D2C, or similar categories
- Experience representing a company at gaming/ad-tech events, conferences, panels, or industry meetings
- Multi-region exposure across US, EMEA, APAC, or LATAM markets
Primary preference is for USA-based candidates, but we are also open to India-based candidates who have handled remote B2B sales into the US market.
