Job Title: Head of Travel (Sales & Operations)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Head of Travel to lead the overall sales, operations, and growth of our domestic and international travel business. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and end-to-end ownership of performance, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Sales, Operations, Contracting, and Customer Experience teams
  • Define and execute business strategies for Domestic & International travel
  • Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market expansion
  • Manage key corporate accounts, vendors, airlines, DMCs, and hotel partners
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of business objectives
  • Build, train, and mentor high-performing teams across functions
  • Ensure compliance, service quality, and operational excellence
  • Represent the travel vertical in leadership and strategic meetings

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 812+ years of experience in the travel & tourism industry
  • Strong expertise in International & Domestic travel operations and sales
  • Proven leadership experience with large team handling
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience in scaling travel business or launching new travel verticals
  • Exposure to B2B, B2C, Corporate & MICE segments
  • Strong vendor network and industry relationships
