Scope of The Role
The Head Talent Development will play a strategic role in designing, implementing, and driving Learning and Talent Development initiatives across the organization's Hotels and Resorts.
This leadership role will focus on strengthening organizational capability, building leadership pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous learning to support the company's growth and service excellence goals.
The role will work closely with business leaders, functional heads, and HR teams to develop structured development frameworks that enhance employee performance and ensure consistently high guest experience standards. Reports to Corporate Head of HR.
Objectives of the Role
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals, brand promise, and business growth plans across hotels and resorts.
Talent Management & Development
Drive structured talent management initiatives including leadership development, career pathways, succession planning, and high-potential programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to diagnose capability gaps and co-create targeted development solutions while advising leadership on future workforce skills.
Culture & Engagement
Foster a strong culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing while embedding organisational values, service standards, and leadership behaviours into all learning and talent initiatives.
