Develop and implement the overall Project Execution Strategy covering planning, development, and execution of industrial townships or large residential complexes from inception to completion and ensure timely completion of the project, adhering to defined standards of safety, cost, time and quality.

BE (Civil), PGDBM (Management)
Total Years of Experience 20 - 25 years
Functional Skills
a.Good knowledge of Construction management activities and Civil Construction, Finishing Work, Landscape Work and other MEP/ Utilities activities.
b. Must be able to understand and interpret Architectural/ Civil and structural Drawings and have knowledge of relevant IS and other building codes and regulations.
c. Good knowledge on the latest trends in building finishing works
d. Planning experience in large construction projects (office and residential multi-storied apartment complex / townships including infra works)
iv. Behavioral Skills
a.Good leadership and Managerial skills
b.Good communication skills
