We are hiring for a leading IT Product based MNC.
Position: Head of technology
Experience: 15+ Years
Mode: Remote (5 Days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of AI-driven applications using LLMs, Rust, Python, and cloud-native tools.
- Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Contribute to frontend development using React or Vue.js, with a focus on data visualization.
- Design and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines, and implement security/compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global locations.
- Occasional business travel to the US (23 times per year).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude).
- Proficient in Python, Rust, Node.js, and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps, SRE practices, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce/Retail domain is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
