• 15+ years in software engineering; 7+ years in senior technology leadership
• Experience building and scaling SaaS or platform products
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps
• Proven experience with vendor evaluation, partner onboarding, and ecosystem management
• Experience working in product organizations (not only services)
• Product-first mindset with business and P&L awareness
