Job Description

Develop and implement integrated technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in the automotive /Agtech/ fleet management/ Mobility sector.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technology solutions with business goals and strategies.
Oversee the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies relevant to the automotive industry.
Drive technology innovation to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all technology implementations.
Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Establish and manage budgets for technology projects, ensuring costeffectiveness.
Monitor and report on technology platform performance, recommending improvements when required.

The Successful Applicant

A strong candidate should have:

A solid educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field.
Proven expertise managing technology platforms within automotive or industrial/manufacturing environments.
Experience leading crossfunctional teams and large-scale technology programs.
Knowledge of current trends and innovation within the automotive industry.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
A successful track record of technology implementation and process optimization.
