Role Description

Quloi has multiple products using most advanced tech stack as well as certain products with legacy

technology. This role will focus on modernizing the legacy tech stack as well enhancing the modern

tech stack with help of product & innovation teams. The role will also manage ongoing operations

(e.g. appdev & app support) for the existing customers.

• This is a customer facing role & focuses on business acumen, experience in product development & management with the technical depth to marry both the engineering and product development process, the entrepreneurial mindset to creatively solve engineering challenges, and the negotiation and collaboration skills required to work with others effectively in an agile environment.
• Experience in delivering multi-tenant SaaS solutions, managing large volumes of data, driving real-time analytics, and portfolio modernization.

What you'll do

Designing an effective delivery organization structure & delivery framework which focuses on

deploying solutions with speed to market.

• Deploying a strategy to drive growth and innovation within a culture of technology, research,

development, and engineering functions by facilitating an environment of teamwork and desire to be

the best.

• Build global organizational and talent development capability including succession plans. Ensure the

organization is positioned to support growth in emerging markets.

• Collaborate and partner with Product Management and other organizations to plan and execute

projects on an aggressive, and achievable timeline.

• Drive a culture of continuous process improvement and innovation through leadership skills. Ensure

process and culture change and improvise software architecture.

• Optimize the product and feature roadmap assessing priorities and trade-offs between customer

experience, time-to-market, and operational support load.

• Champion Technology Solutions that Build Customer Trust: Lead the design and implementation of

secure, reliable, and scalable systems that prioritize data privacy, uptime, and user experience to

enhance customer confidence and long-term loyalty.

• Leverage Technology to Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop

innovative tech-enabled products and platforms that unlock new revenue streams, accelerate go-to-

market strategies, and support scalable business expansion.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology projects (cloud, SaaS, enterprise
• solutions, or digital transformation).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (software, QA, DevOps, cloud, data).
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
