• 12+ years of overall technology experience, with strong Technical Architecture and
  
  

leadership experience

• Strong experience in Fintech, Lending/Loan solutions, LOS, and B2B applications.
• Strong understanding of Product Engineering, Microservices, SOA, database design, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience in PHP, Python, Kotlin, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL/MongoDB, AWS/Azure, and ELK/observability tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior and client levels.
  
  

Responsibility

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and product objectives
• Lead solution architecture for scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable
  
  

fintech/lending products.

• Drive end-to-end product engineering, technical delivery, and software quality.
• Provide technical leadership across Development, DevOps, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, build POCs, and resolve complex technical challenges hands-on when required.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML and emerging technologies to improve product capabilities, automation, and efficiency.
• Establish strong application security, data protection, and compliance practices across technology initiatives.
• Own cloud and infrastructure architecture across AWS/Azure, including availability,
  
  

monitoring, performance, and cost optimization.

• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release engineering, and reliable deployment practices.
• Establish architecture governance, coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices
• Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth product integration with client environments.
• Act as a client-facing technology representative for technical discussions, issue resolution, solutioning, and requirement understanding.
• Participate in client pitches, technical presentations, solution discussions, and pre-sales engagements.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, frameworks, and platforms for business and product innovation.
• Mentor technical leaders and engineers and strengthen the overall technical capability of the organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, Implementation, and senior stakeholders to deliver technology outcomes.
