Job Description

Manage and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
Oversee tax planning strategies to optimise tax liabilities within legal frameworks.
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for tax audits and assessments.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure implementation within the organisation.
Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.
Assist in developing and implementing tax policies and procedures.
Prepare and present tax reports to senior management as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Taxation Lead should have:

Professional qualifications in taxation or accountancy or law, will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of direct/indirect tax regulations in India and globally.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
