Working Days- 6

Salary Bracket- Up to 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities-

1. Talent Development & Capability Building

  • Design and implement learning & development programs (technical, behavioral, leadership)
  • Set up structured onboarding and induction journeys
  • Drive training needs analysis (TNA) at worker, executive, and leadership levels
  • Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and institutes

2. Performance & Potential Management

  • Manage the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
  • Identify high-potential employees (HiPos) and critical roles
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talent
  • Track performance metrics and development progress

3. Succession Planning & Leadership Development

  • Create and maintain succession plans for key positions
  • Design leadership development frameworks and programs
  • Enable internal mobility and career progression paths
  • Support management in mentoring and coaching initiatives

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive engagement initiatives linked to growth, recognition, and learning
  • Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention strategies
  • Conduct talent reviews and engagement surveys with actionable outcomes

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track talent KPIs (attrition, bench strength, training ROI, internal promotions)
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews
  • Use data-driven insights for decision-making

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 811 years of experience in Talent Management / L&D / HRBP roles
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or large workforce environments preferred
