Our client, one of the global real estate and infrastructure experts in the world is seeking an accomplished TA leader to join as the SVP/Head of Talent Acquisition. You will head the global hiring function on the group level and work very closely with top management across different geographies.

MUST Requirements:

• Real Estate or Infrastructure or Hospitality industry experience is a MUST
• 15+ years of TA leadership experience (Head of TA)
• Strong experience in building and setting up SOPs (succession planning, performance management, hiring strategies, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in C-suite level hirings and robust talent acquisition processes.
