Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Talent Acquisition, located in Patna. The Head of Talent Acquisition will oversee the entire recruitment process, including developing and implementing effective hiring strategies. Key responsibilities include leading employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, managing graduate recruitment, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill staffing needs effectively. The Head of Talent Acquisition will ensure the alignment of recruitment practices with the company's goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Graduate Recruitment
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and Interviewing
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry is a plus
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
