Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition – GCC to lead and build the talent acquisition strategy for our client's Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for developing a scalable, high-quality hiring engine to support rapid business growth across technology, corporate, and functional roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GCC setup/scaling, strategic hiring, leadership recruitment, employer branding, talent strategy, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of building high-performing TA teams.
