ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - HIRING

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding

• Drive high-volume frontline hiring

• Close corporate and leadership roles

• Build pipelines for critical roles and new stores

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team

• Set recruiter targets and track closures

• Train and mentor recruiters

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - METRICS & PROCESS

• Track key hiring metrics through dashboards and MIS:

• Open positions vs closures

• Time to hire

• Recruiter productivity

• Cost per hire

• Source effectiveness

• Offer-to-joining ratio

• Early attrition

• Report hiring performance to management

• Develop new sourcing channels

• Streamline processes to cut time to hire
