We are looking for a Head of Supply Strategy to architect, scale, and optimize Lokal's supply ecosystem across categories (Astrology, Dostt, Astro,).
This role goes beyond operations it is about designing the supply engine of the company.
You will own:
- Supply acquisition strategy
- Monetization & pricing frameworks
- Retention & lifecycle management
- Supply-demand equilibrium
- Incentive structures & loyalty architecture
- Strategic partnerships
- Supply-side P&L outcomes
Requirements
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Strategy / Marketplace Ops / Creator Ops / Community-led platforms
- Experience in B2C tech startups or marketplace models
- Strong understanding of supply-demand equilibrium
- Proven experience in revenue ownership or category-level P&L
- Deep analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics, forecasting, cohort analysis)
- Strong people leader with execution excellence
- Ability to build from 0 1 and scale from 1 10
