Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute sourcing, supply chain, and after-sales strategies while leading high-performing teams.
- Process Optimization Implement efficient workflows and continuous improvements.
- Product & Quality Management Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle and maintain quality standards.
- Sourcing & Supplier Relations Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies and manage vendor performance.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Optimize logistics, inventory control, and warehousing operations.
- Customer Support & Compliance Ensure seamless after-sales service, regulatory adherence, and risk management.
- Cost Control & Team Development Drive cost efficiencies and mentor teams for peak performance.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in Supply Chain & Sourcing (5+ in leadership).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & G-Suite.
