Head – Supply Chain Services
Role Purpose
Lead the global Supply Chain Services business, driving growth, international operations, strategic accounts, customer excellence, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy, business growth, and profitability for Supply Chain Services.
- Drive business development with EPCs, OEMs, owner-operators, and multinational customers.
- Manage international / multi-country operations, including Supply Chain Assurance, Inspection, Expediting, and Vendor Surveillance.
- Lead tendering, pre-sales, project execution, and key account management.
- Build and manage global customers, partners, vendors, and technical networks.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, TIC standards, accreditation, and contractual requirements.
- Drive operational excellence, resource optimization, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Lead risk management, geopolitical risk, crisis management, and business continuity.
- Drive digitalization, AI-enabled solutions, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-border teams within a global matrix organization.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years experience in Supply Chain Services, TIC, EPC, OEM, Inspection, Expediting, or industrial services.
- Mandatory international / multi-country leadership experience.
- Proven experience in global business development, strategic accounts, and profitability management.
- Strong exposure to EPCs, OEMs, and multinational customers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
- Strong commercial, strategic, stakeholder-management, and leadership capabilities.
- International travel and cross-cultural management experience.
