Head of Supply Chain Management

Our client is looking for a Head of Supply Chain who has successfully built and scaled supply chain operations in a rapidly growing business. This role requires someone who has experienced the challenges of supporting exponential growthfrom building planning processes and strengthening supplier networks to scaling warehousing, logistics and inventory management without compromising service levels. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure in fast-moving environments and has a track record of enabling business growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics.

- Build scalable supply chain capabilities that can support aggressive business expansion.

- Develop S&OP processes to improve planning accuracy and cross-functional alignment.

- Improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns and customer service levels.

- Build resilient supplier and manufacturing partner networks.

- Drive logistics optimization across inbound, outbound and distribution operations.

- Establish supply chain KPIs, dashboards and governance mechanisms.

- Optimize working capital through better inventory management.

- Lead ERP, planning systems and digital transformation initiatives.

- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain organization.

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience.

- Strong background in Food, FMCG or Consumer Products.

- Experience across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing and Logistics.

- Must have worked in organizations that experienced hyper-growth or significant business scale-up.

- Proven experience building supply chain processes rather than simply managing mature systems.

- Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization and network planning.

- Experience implementing ERP or supply chain planning tools.

- Comfortable making decisions in high-growth, rapidly changing environments.

- Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
