We are hiring for a Head – Supply Chain Management role with a fast-growing consumer appliances organization. The role will lead the end-to-end supply chain function, covering domestic procurement, import sourcing, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier management across domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage import purchases, global sourcing, customs compliance, freight management and logistics partners.
• Develop supply chain strategies focused on service levels, cost efficiency and inventory optimization.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability through effective demand planning, inventory control and supplier engagement.
• Drive commercial negotiations, contracts and pricing with domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, responsiveness and cost.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks through contingency planning and business continuity measures.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D and Sales teams to align SCM with business objectives.
• Track KPIs around procurement, inventory, supplier performance and working capital.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing SCM team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in domestic procurement + import purchasing/global sourcing.
• Good understanding of international trade, customs regulations and freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics.
• Strong capabilities in strategic sourcing, supply planning, inventory management, vendor management, commercial negotiations and logistics.
