Designation: Head of Supply Chain Management

Type: Full-time | On-site

Salary: Up to INR 90,000 CTC (Monthly)

Role Overview

The Head of Supply Chain Management will be responsible for end-to-end oversight of logistics, dispatch, procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of dairy products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall supply chain, logistics, and dispatch operations.
• Manage warehouse activities, inventory control, and material planning.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules with the operations and sales teams.
• Improve supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in stock, dispatches, and inward/outward entries.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain & logistics team.
• Ensure on-time product delivery and maintain strong relationships with distributors and transport partners.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 512 years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain Management (Dairy preferred).
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, dispatch, and inventory management.
• Experience in procurement and vendor negotiation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced operations and multi-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of dairy industry supply chain processes is an added advantage.
