To achieve this vision, we are looking to build a strong supply chain function. We are hiring a senior leader to head Supply Chain & Procurement to build the next stage of the company.

Reporting to: CEO/COO – Client Organisation

The Opportunity

Our client is on a high-growth journey with the ambition to become a key player in Indian manufacturing across multiple product categories.

To support this scale, we are building a best-in-class supply chain organisation and are seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Procurement to architect, lead, and continuously optimise the full supplier ecosystem.

This leader will own strategic sourcing and partnerships across:

Textiles | Plastics | Electronics | Metals

— with direct accountability for cost, reliability, quality, and scalability.

What You Will Own

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy

• Design and execute sourcing and procurement strategy aligned to aggressive growth targets

• Build resilient, multi-supplier networks across India

• Drive supply continuity, risk mitigation and scalability

2. Strategic Vendor Partnerships

• Leverage deep relationships with Indian manufacturers across:

• Textile & fabric mills

• Plastic & polymer processors

• Electronics component suppliers & EMS

• Metal fabrication & machining partners

• Lead long-term commercial agreements and capacity planning

3. Cost & Margin Leadership

• Deliver material cost reductions and working capital optimisation

• Implement strategic sourcing, should-costing and performance programs

4. Operational & Team Excellence

• Establish procurement governance, KPIs and systems

• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain organisation

Who We're Looking For

• 7+ years in senior supply chain/procurement leadership within manufacturing

• Strong, existing vendor ecosystem across India (textile, plastic, electronics, metal)

• Proven experience scaling manufacturing supply chains in growth environments

• Deep negotiation, commercial and execution capability

• Comfortable operating in ambitious, fast-scaling organisations
