Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead AGRIM's supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations. The role demands deep operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to run operations at scale through structured, process-driven flows while continuously improving efficiency and customer experience. The role is designed to own overall cost and time of delivery for Agrim's diverse rural supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership at Scale
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatch, mid-mile, and last-mile movements for both Part-Truck Load (PTL) and Full-Truck Load (FTL) shipments.
- Lead and optimize warehousing operations across pan-India locations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Performance & KPI Accountability
- Own and deliver on critical KPIs, like Dispatch/Delivery TAT & compliance to promised timelines, Return and Cancellation%, Customer Support CSAT, Warehousing Dispatch TAT, Logistics Cost
- Establish a strong review cadence and dashboarding framework for visibility across leadership.
- Ensure SLA adherence and data-backed decision-making for continuous performance improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Drive structured, process-led operations for scalability and consistency.
- Lead projects to streamline processes, cut inefficiencies, and enhance CX.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech to automate and digitize workflows.
- Institutionalize SOPs, best practices, and governance across functions.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a 100+ member team across multiple verticals.
- Build strong second-line leaders and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
Partner Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Strengthen relationships with logistics partners to drive SLA adherence and negotiate cost optimisation
- Partner with Supply, Demand & Category teams to align ops with growth goals.
- Collaborate with Finance on books compliance, cost allocation, and spend tracking.
- Act as the operational bridge to align execution with business priorities
Requirements
- MBA/Bachelors from Tier-1/2 institute.
- 8+ years of experience in logistics / e-commerce / high-growth startups
- Strong analytical & problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
