Job Summary

The Head – Strategy will lead business strategy, product roadmap, and R&D initiatives for the interior hardware fittings portfolio. The role focuses on brand positioning, market differentiation, product innovation, and supporting sales growth across B2B, retail, OEM, and project channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies
• Define and manage product strategy and portfolio
• Lead R&D and new product development initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy, brand, or product leadership roles
• Strong understanding of interior hardware fittings and allied industries
• Expertise in market research, product development, and portfolio management
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Design; MBA preferred
