As the Head of Strategy and Business Excellence DXR, you will support the Diagnostic X-Ray business as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, securing and refining the DXR BU strategy. In this role, you will lead the strategic planning process, and by combining proven lean methodologies, you will enable faster decision-making, smarter problem-solving, and sustained competitive advantage.

You will act as a catalyst for change, working with leadership and teams at all levels to ensure that strategy execution and operational excellence becomes part of our daily rhythm.

u00A0Your Role:

  • Oversees the development of short-term and long-term business strategies, ensuring that resource allocation, technology adoption, and business processes are aligned with strategic goals of the organization and provides support in improvising and bringing in innovation in existing strategies.

  • Establishes and executes the strategic plan and supports in setting the vision for DXR, defining short-term and long-term objectives and positioning the business as a key driver of the organization's success.

  • Partners with senior leadership to develop and refine the businessu2019s strategic market forecasting, business development and alliance management strategies to ensure that the organization is well-positioned to achieve its goals in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.

  • Identifies, creates and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and business development and market forecasting initiatives, ensuring that targets are aligned with the organizationu2019s strategic objectives and prepares and presents regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

  • Manage the Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) strategic planning process, identifying key business priorities and organizational needsu00A0in alignment with DXR Strategic plan.

  • Establishes and drives key priorities leading growth, relationship, and commercial productivity indicators manages execution on priorities to improve performance.

  • Identifies and escalates issues impacting DXR performance, puts forward recommendations to DXR Leadership team that will have the greatest impact on the organization.

  • Develops and manages DXR Daily Management framework, including KPI setting, engagement cadence, and reporting/countermeasures execution. Oversees execution of countermeasures and action items to drive accountability and ensure progress.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve daily management routines to ensure visibility of performance, rapid escalation of issues, and effective countermeasure implementation. Coach leaders and teams on performance dialogues, tiered accountability, and visual management to embed a culture of operational discipline.

  • : Build organizational capability to solve problems at the right level, using structured problem-solving methodologies. Facilitate development of problem-solving coaches and mentors across the business to achieve autonomy in continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute a long-term lean transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities. Facilitate kaizens, value stream mapping, and waste elimination projects with measurable and sustained impact.

Youu2019re the right fit if:

  • Minimum of 10+ yearsu2019 strategy leadership experience and /or continuous improvement and transformation experience within a large/complex commercial organization.

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in a related field. An advanced degree, ideally and MBA, is highly preferred.

  • Operational skillset and analytical, data driven mindset. Change management and transformation skills

  • Influencing skills to challenge, educate, guide, convince and gain commitment from senior executives.

  • Communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Solutions mindset u2013 the ability to identify and tackle complex problems with thorough consideration of alternatives, consequences.

  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills, executive presence, and credibility with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skillset, capable of structure approaches to complex project and leading cross-functional teams through peer-to-peer influence.

  • Thrives in uncertainty and enjoys unstructured problem-solving.

  • Ability to travel around 30% of the time
