Snapshot of the Day: The experienced Execution Transformation Office plays a critical role in various aspects of our Execution Transformation Office (ETO). He is responsible for ensuring the success of the ETO and the tasks that it oversees. This includes reporting on the portfolio performance using metrics and data visualization, supporting the development of project management methodologies and best practices, and contributing to the establishment of key ETO processes and common practices that drive the organization to integrated operation.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- Reporting & Supporting Decision-Making: Reporting portfolio performance and supporting decision-making at the team or organizational level through effective use of metrics and data visual Reporting portfolio performance and supporting decision-making at the team or organizational level through.
- Effective use of metrics and data visualization.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators for the portfolio: Analysis and monitoring of the key performance metrics of the portfolio in an integrated manner and creating of reports on the PM portfolio and projects, as an integral member of the PMO team.
- Development and implementation of project management methodologies:
- Development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices
- (NCCs and Lessons Learned, as well as Risk) to build on the team's skills and abilities and to drive
- synergies across the portfolio and SE at large.
- Portfolio and project management establishment: Contribution to the establishment of key PM Processes and common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management.
- Maintenance of PM IT platforms: Maintenance and contribution to PM interactive platforms, e.g., PM Academy/PM website (intranet) – Share Point.
- Partnering in the transformation journey of SPEL PE
Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- At least 12-15 years of experience as a Strategy Manager or Program Manager or any leading
role in a corporate setting
- 12-15 years leadership experience managing a corporate core team ≥ 4 members.
- Management of corporate programs and intercultural teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field
