About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Head of Sourcing & Production to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, production planning, and supply chain operations for the brand. We are looking for someone from high-growth D2C startups, preferably from fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or retail-led consumer brands. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in sourcing, manufacturing, production operations, vendor development, costing, quality control, and supply chain optimization within fast-paced startup environments

Qualificat
- ions
10–15 years of experience in sourcing, production, supply chain, or manufacturing operat - ions.Prior experience in D2C startups or high-growth consumer brands is manda
