Timing: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Working Days: MondaySaturday (2nd, 3rd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Travel: Across Mumbai for site visits and client meetings

Role Description

We are seeking a Sourcing Head to independently originate high-quality corporate financing opportunities across structured credit, private debt and project financing mandates. The role requires strong relationships with corporates, developers, promoters, CXOs, investment bankers and advisors, along with the ability to convert opportunities into mandates and maintain a high-quality deal pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and originate structured credit & corporate financing opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with developers, corporates, CXOs, advisors & ecosystem partners
• Understand client funding needs and recommend appropriate financing structures
• Independently evaluate and screen mandates
• Negotiate commercial & engagement terms
• Maintain robust pipeline reporting and MIS
• Coordinate with internal execution and placement teams
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking platforms
• Support business growth and market expansion initiatives

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong experience in deal origination / corporate finance/structured debt sourcing

Existing relationships with:

• Corporates & Promoters
• Developers
• Investment Bankers & Consultants
• Transaction Advisors
• PE / Family Offices (preferred)
• Sound understanding of corporate credit, NBFC lending, AIF debt & mezzanine structures
• Excellent networking, communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA preferred
• * Significant existing corporate relationships across Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh across both Real Estate and Non-Real Estate sectors.
