Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Software Engineering, AI, Data, DevSecOps and Platform Engineering.
- Drive end-to-end software development and delivery for complex and mission-critical systems.
- Establish engineering standards, SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity and quality governance.
- Manage resource planning and delivery across multiple projects and business priorities.
- Develop technology roadmaps and drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Lead AI-enabled solutions from concept through implementation and deployment.
- Support solution architecture, tenders, technical proposals, customer presentations and presales activities.
- Drive continuous improvement, technology modernization and engineering capability development.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in senior software engineering / technology / delivery leadership.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software, AI and data engineering teams.
- Strong experience in full SDLC, software architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD and secure software development.
- Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, resource planning and project delivery capabilities.
