Job Overview
We are seeking a candidate with expertise in the following areas:
- ERP Implementation & Software Development: Strong experience across the SDLC from analysis and design to deployment, migration, upgrades, and customization.
- Technologies: Knowledge of mobile/web software, BI, IoT, Blockchain, AI/ML, and ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Except, Navision).
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead teams, plan and review work, and resolve issues to maximize productivity.
- Software Vision & Sales Channels: Experience in developing software vision for sales channels and web services.
- Database & Middleware: Experience in database and middle-tier software development.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Oracle, and Google Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Open Stack & Managed Services: Knowledge of open stack technologies and experience in L1/L2/L3 support.
- Pre-sale & Proposal Management: Experience with RFP responses, tendering, and bidding for government and non-government projects.
- Software Architecture: Expertise in application software solutions and architecture.
